8.5" - 1 piece egg foam, 1 piece pick and pack foam, 1 piece plain foam
9.5" - 1 piece egg foam, 2 pieces pick and pack foam, 1 piece plain foam
11" - 1 piece egg foam, 2 pieces pick and pack foam, 1 piece plain foam
13" - 1 piece egg foam, 2 pieces pick and pack foam, 1 piece plain foam
